Each Bidder may submit one active offer at any time. Bidders wishing to revise their offer upward must use the Revise Offer process. Attempts to circumvent this restriction by using multiple email addresses or IP addresses may result in all associated offers being disqualified.
A minimum offer amount applies. Offers below the required minimum will not be accepted.
By submitting an offer, the Bidder warrants that all information provided is accurate, complete, and not misleading. The Seller reserves the right to disqualify any offer where inaccurate information is discovered.
The Seller may at any time and without notice: (a) remove the Domain from sale; (b) amend the terms of the offer process; (c) accept a private offer outside this platform. No liability shall arise to any Bidder as a result of such withdrawal.
The Seller accepts no liability for any loss, cost, expense, or damage suffered by any Bidder as a result of submitting an offer, relying upon the content of this website, or as a result of the Domain not being sold to them. Participation in this offer process is entirely at the Bidder’s own risk.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the offer process constitutes acceptance of the then-current Terms and Conditions.
